Sales Policy

We accept cash at pick up, money orders & payments through PayPal only. No checks. We prefer PayPay. E-mail us if you wish to use PayPal and we will send you an invoice. There will be a 4% fee for this service due to what PayPal charges us. We no longer except e-check via PayPal, but we do except all other PayPal payment methods.
Because these are live animals and our first priority is for the rabbits well being I reserve the right to back out of a deal at any time for any reason.
Should I cancel the sale of a rabbit(s) money paid for the rabbit will be refunded. If there have been moneys spent on shipping expenses they will not be refunded.
Should you (the buyer) cancel the sale by request or by, failing to pick up the rabbit (s) by the set date you will forfeit all money paid on the rabbits and any money paid for shipping expences.
We guarantee the rabbit will be in good health and free of disease at the time the buyer assumes ownership. Buy accepting the animal you have also found it to be in good health and condition.
If a rabbit(s) are being ship they will be examined by a veterinary with in 10 days of date of shipment and at such time will be issued a health certificate showing the animal was in good heath. No animals will be shiped with out a health certificate.
Rabbits picked up on site or at a show will not have a health certificate. Buyers are encouraged to have the rabbit examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of receipt of the rabbit at their own expense. Under NO circumstance will we be responsible for any medical cost.
Should you realize there is a problem with your rabbit you should contact me immediately so we may discuses the best course of action. (This does not pertain to a major medical emergency. In the event of a major medical emergency contact your vet and then me ASAP.) Again under NO circumstance will we be responsible for any medical cost.
In the event you need to return your rabbit will be replaced it with a rabbit of equal or lesser value. We do not give cash refunds for any reason. Returns will be allowed for 7 days from the pick up date, after that it is at our discretion to accept a rabbit for return/exchange.
Should you elect to return a rabbit you are responsible for bringing it to us. If the rabbit was shipped to you it is still your responsibility to return it to us. We will not pay to have a rabbit returned to us for any reason.
When selling mature bucks, I have the right to use them until pick up or delivery.
Buyers are responsible for pick up or arranging transportation. If you would like to pick them up at a show I will do my best to try and arrange that with you.
Terms you need to know when looking to purchase one of our rabbitsare as follows:
Show Prospect = This animal is showable and in my opinion has a good chance of doing well at an ARBA show. This is my opinion which is based on the rabbits blood lines and current state of development at this time. I do not guarantee how well a rabbit will or will not perform as a show rabbit.
Breeding Stock = An animal I do not consider at this time to be ARBA show quality, but would do well for breeding and produce some quality offspring.
Proven = I have had live litters born from this rabbit, or sired from this rabbit.
VC = Stands for Vienna Carrier which describe the genetics of the rabbit as having the Vienna gene (what makes a BEW). This animal may be a recognized color in the ARBA and might be able to be showed. THIS ANIMAL SHOULD NOT BE USED TO BREED ANY COLOR BUT BEW.
VM = Stands for Vienna Marked which describes the color makings and genetics of the rabbit as having the Vienna gene (what makes a BEW). , this animal is breeding stock only used to create BEWs only, it is not eligible to compete at an ARBA show. IT IS NOT A BROKEN NETHERLAND DWARF!!!
Pet = This bunny is to go to a pet home and will be sold / or given away with no pedigree.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE ANIMALS WELL BEING IS ALWAYS FIRST IN OUR MINDS. Should you need clarification on part of our policy please ask we will not be offended.
I reserve the right to change portions of this policy or to change the entire policy at any time.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the continental US, weather and our schedule permitting. We will consider international shipments on a case by case basis. Shipping is not included in the price of the rabbits.
All expenses for shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Rabbits and all shipping expenses must be paid for in full prior to us booking flights. Once a rabbit is paid for it is considered sold. No money is refunded on, Rabbits, carrier, supplies, flight, or any cost associated with shipping in the event a buyer cancels their purchase.
We ship exclusively through Continental Airlines out of Tyler Pounds Regional Airport (TYR) Tyler, TX. The rabbits will change planes at least once in Houston, TX. You can reach the Continental Airlines Live Animal Desk at (800.575.3335 or 281.553.5052) for more information. As of 10/1/09 Continental Airlines rates are $167.00 for 1 to 9lbs. This will basically cover one adult rabbit in a pet taxi or possibly two Jrs. Over 9lbs and up to 50 lbs is $217.00. Both of these prices includes $1200.00 of declared value on the rabbits - AKA Insurance. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to file the claim with Continental Airline. Should the airlines fail to pay on your claim we will not be liable in any way. Continental’s prices are subject to change and beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have the most up to date pricing from Continental. Should the cost of shipping change we will notify you immediately. Any difference must be paid prior to the time the rabbits ship.
There are inherent risks with shipping any animal. We will not be responsible for any injury or death of a rabbit during shipping. Buyers ship at there own risk. We do insure the rabbits with Continental Airlines. All animals should be thoroughly examined at pick up, PRIOR to signing for them from Continental. If any injury is found a claim should be made with Continental Airlines prior to you leaving with the rabbits. Failure to do this will result in the insurance from Continental Airlines being null and void. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to file the claim with Continental Airlines and we will not be responsible for reimbursing any cost or replacing any rabbits if the claim is denied.

Fuel fee for my gas to the vet & the airport: $35.00
Continental Airlines Fees: Shipments over 9 lbs and up to 50 lbs with insurance = $217.00
A 4 Compartment Carrier-16x24x10 meeting airline requirements including feed & water cups ship to me from www.BunnyRabbit.com is * $96.26. (* priced on 2/14/10 and is subject to change.) You are welcome to send us a carrier to ship in if you prefer, but it must meet airline requirements including feed & water cups.
Total Estimated Shipping Expenses for 4 Netherland Dwarfs = *$383.26
For one rabbit a Pet Taxi will be fine to ship in which is = $30.00
Continental Airlines: Shipments over 1 lbs and up to 9 lbs with insurance = $167.00
Total Estimated Shipping Expenses for 1 Netherland Dwarf = *$267.00
